What we collect, and why

The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to send us through the enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address and the details of your message. We use it for one thing — replying to your enquiry and arranging your quotation. Our lawful basis for this is legitimate interest: you have asked us to get in touch, and we need your details to do it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it, after which they are deleted.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and uses no third-party trackers. It does not store anything in your browser. Visits are counted using privacy-respecting, first-party counting that does not identify you — which is why you don't see a cookie banner.

Fonts

The site's typeface is loaded from Google Fonts. When the font loads, your browser sends your IP address to Google, as it does with any resource loaded from another website. No other information is shared.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask us what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. Email Charlie@cwbdecoratorsltd.co.uk and we'll respond to any request.
